Patrie graduated from Spalding University with her Master's in Social Work in 2017. Since then, she has worked primarily in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization including crisis assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, and hospital administration. She specializes in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders, as well as life transitions, interpersonal communication and boundaries, self-image and self-esteem, compassion fatigue, LGBTQ+ needs, and relationships. She uses a strengths-based approach and a variety of evidence-based mental health treatment tools including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-informed CBT, Logotherapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapy among others. She also enjoys incorporating holistic techniques like grounding, walk-and-talk therapy, horticulture, biofeedback, and breathwork. Patrie provides individual therapy for those ages 13+ as well as relationship counseling for a variety of traditional and nontraditional dynamics.

Sarah Schafer, MSFP, graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with her Master’s in Forensic Psychology in 2019 and is pursuing her license in mental health counseling. She has worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization providing crisis intervention and group, individual, and family therapy. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders. Sarah specializes in CBT and is working on a DBT certification. She also likes to incorporate grounding and mindfulness into sessions. Sarah provides individual therapy for ages 8+. At this time, Sarah is not in-network with insurance providers but does offer reduced-cost sessions while she pursues her clinical license.
