Patrie graduated from Spalding University with her Master's in Social Work in 2017. Since then, she has worked primarily in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization including crisis assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, and hospital administration.

She specializes in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders, as well as life transitions, interpersonal communication and boundaries, self-image and self-esteem, compassion fatigue, LGBTQ+ needs, and relationships. She uses a strengths-based approach and a variety of evidence-based mental health treatment tools including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-informed CBT, Logotherapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapy among others.

She also enjoys incorporating holistic techniques like grounding, walk-and-talk therapy, horticulture, biofeedback, and breathwork. Patrie provides individual therapy for those ages 13+ as well as relationship counseling for a variety of traditional and nontraditional dynamics.

Patrie’s Hours: Monday-Wednesday 12pm-8pm; Every Other Sunday 10am-5pm

Accepted Insurance: Commercial Only (Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UMR, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar)

Out of Pocket Fees:
Intake: $60
Individual Session (50 minutes): $120
Relationship: $150+ (beginning at 60 minutes for 2 people. Cost adjusted for increased time or added participants.)
